Sage's Rookie Jed Kubisch named conference Rookie of the Week.

Troy, NY---Sage's freshman middle hitter Jed Kubisch (Delmar, NY/Bethlehem Central) earned Skyline Conference Rookie of the Week on February 8. He averaged 2.44 kills and 2.22 digs per set in three matches for The Sage Colleges last week. Kubisch recorded 11 kills and eight digs as the Gators defeated Purchase, 3-0, for their first Skyline Conference victory. He also had five kills against sixth-ranked Carthage and six kills against conference-leading Mount Saint Vincent.

On the season, the freshman leads Sage in kills (77) and service aces (8) while ranking second with 66 digs.
