Sage student-athletes have access to three seperate facilities in various locations throughout The Sage Colleges.
Neff Athletic Center
The Jeanne H. Neff Athletic Center, located approximately half a mile from Russell Sage College, includes two gymnasiums as well as a state of the art strength and conditioning room. Behind the NAC is the Robison Softball Field which was built in 2008 and is the home to Sage's softball team.
The facility was recently recognized at the Trustee Meeting on March 1, 2012 with the unveiling on a donor sign by Sage's President Susan Scrimshaw and members of the Board of Trustees of The Sage Colleges.
Robison Athletic Center
Since 1983, The Ellis H. and Doris B. Robison Athletic Center had been home to the Russell Sage College Gators and its main recreation facility. With the addition of the Neff Athletic Center, varsity athletic useage has shifted away from the facility. The Robinson Athletic Center includes two gymnasiums, locker rooms, the Gator Pit Weight and Fitness Center, and a multi-purpose room.
Kahl Campus Center
In Albany, the Sage community utilizes Kahl Gymnasium and The FitStop. The FitStop features weight training facilities, including a free weight station, a complete Cybex Eagle strength training circuit, in addition to Precor cardio equipment.

All recreation programs are open to the entire Sage community including students, faculty, staff, administrators, and their guests. All programs are based on interest and may change from year to year.

The fitness center offers members of the Sage Community a complete cardio center - including treadmills, ellipticals, upright bikes, recumbant bikes, steppers and rowers - as well as a life fitness strength circuit and a free weight section.
