Sage men's volleyball collects program's first win as they down Regis in three.
The Gators collected their first win of the program to wrap their first week's action.

The Sage Colleges men's volleyball team competed on Sunday in the two-day SUNY-IT Invitational. Sage wrapped action against Regis College with the program's first victory. The win marks the first victory for rookie head coach Andy Smith as Sage stands at 1-4 on the year and Regis drops to 0-4.
Sage posted a win as they beat Regis 30-23, 30-18, and 30-19.
Sage's freshman co-captain Anthony Gerace (East Greenbush, NY/Columbia) racked up 43 assists for the Gators, while freshman middle hitter Jed Kubisch (Delmar, NY/Bethlehem) had 21 kills with eight digs. Freshman Ryan Couch (Nyskayuna, NY/Colonie) added 12 kills with six digs.
The Gators will return to action on Monday, February 1 hosting Carthage College in the Kahl Campus Center at 7 p.m.
