He moved into the No. 3 spot in rebounding after surpassing Ryan Sager (521 rebounds, 2010-2013). He has also now played in 98 career games and is third all-time in appearances in a Sage men's basketball uniform.
Junior guard Wayne Weir (Bronx, NY/Samuel Gompers) added 15 points for Sage and poured in four three point baskets in the action.
As a team, Sage was red-hot from the line, shooting 90.9% after making 20-of-22 free throws. The Gators also held a strong edge on the boards, outrebounding Kings Point, 44-30.
Sage is back in action on February 14 hosting Purchase College in the final regular-season game of the year in Kahl Gym. Prior to the 8 p.m. Skyline Conference contest, Sage will honor their six seniors in conjunction with Senior Night.
