Bio
A graduate of Wilbur L. Cross High School, Elhadj Kourouma played in 19 games as a Sage rookie. He had 2 goals in 2013 for the Gators. In his sophomore season, Kourouma scored 2 goals, including the game-winning goal against MCLA ina 3-2 win.
Kourouma has totalled 30 game appearances with 4 goals and 8 points.
Scholastically, he had a stellar career and is a former team captain and MVP. He holds a school-record for the fastest goal (10 seconds). A New Haven Register Athletic Honor Roll pick, he led his team to the co-championship title in his division, while also advancing to the quarterfinals of the state tournament.
A French Honor Society student as well as a National Honor Society student, he is the son of Lansana Kourouma and Hawa Bah and is majoring in business management at Sage and is also fluent in French.
