Bio

A transfer from the University at Buffalo in 2014, Siena Wilder brought with her an extensive list of accomplishments. She lived up to them in her first season at Sage, garnering Skyline Conference All-Star First Team honors at libero. Also honored twice during the 2014 season with Skyline Conference weekly awards, she played in 32 matches with 93 aces.

She finished the year ranked No. 2 in aces per set (0.86), while standing No. 3 in digs per set (2.71) after racking up 433 digs. Her 2014 aces stands No. 3 all-time in single-season performances at Sage, while her 93.5% reception percentage for the year is second all-time.

A former stand-out at Burnt Hills Ballston Lake High School, she earned 2012 PrepVolleyball All-American honors and was a Prepvolleyball's Senior National Player of the Year Nominee, as well named a Prepvolleyball's 2012 Prep Volleyball Defensive Dandy (top 50), while also earning the 2012 Class A State Tournament.

She was a four-year varsity athlete for the Spartans and led the team to a 29-2 record as a senior, recording 564 digs with 68 aces and 44 assists as the team's libero. She set the school record in career digs (with 1339) and set the single-game school record with 42 digs. As a high school junior, she led was named the First Team All-State, as well as First Team all-conference, while leading the team to the Class A State Championship. She played club volleyball at Lakeside Volleyball/USA Volleyball and the IREVA Junior International Team, USA IREVA Youth International Team, and USA IREVA Youth National Team. She also lettered in track.

The daughter of Kevin and Amy Wilder, she has one brother, Ketryk. She is planning on majoring in occupational therapy at Sage and would like to pursue a career in a NICU setting.
