Nikki Pedone

2018 Team Captain

At Sage:

  • Served the 2017 team as a tri-captain and she helped the team earn the program’s first post-season appearance after a record-setting season with four conference wins and seven overall victories.
  • She was a starter in eight of 12 games played in 2017 and had a pair of goals.
  • Pedone also 13 ground ball pickups with four draws and nine caused turnovers. She was part of the Gator defense that averaged 10.50 caused turnovers per game and was ranked 63rd in Division III in 2017.
  • In her first season with the Gators in 2016, she played in 12 contests a year ago. She added 18 points on 15 goals with 3 assists, including a game-winning goal in the team’s win over MCLA. She made 9 starts on the 2016 season and collected a .556 shooting percentage with an even more impressive .852 shots on goal percentage and a pair of free position goals. Pedone added 14 ground balls with 9 draws and 8 caused turnovers.

  • A stand-out performer at Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake High School, Nicolette (Nikki) Pedone excelled in cross country, lacrosse, indoor track and soccer. She helped lead the lacrosse team to both the sectional and regional championship and went to the 4 v 4 states tournament in the spring of 2014.
