Bio

As a newcomer in 2012, Kayla Coons played in 14 games with seven starts. She was a member of the team’s defensive unit and had eight ground balls with six caused turnovers as a rookie.

A graduate of Gilboa-Conesville Central, she played both basketball and softball scholastically. She was a basketball team captain and a member of the National Honor Society. She capped her high school career as the Solutitorian. She is the daughter of Trevor and Jennifer Coons and is majoring in photography at Sage.
