WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL

Springfield, MA----The Sage Colleges women's volleyball team traveled to Western New England College for a non-conference match on Tuesday night. The Gators would fall 3-0 to the Golden Bears (25-14, 25-21, 25-16) and drop to 6-12 on the season, while WNEC improves to 10-6.

Sage's sophomore Kelsey Wilson (Schenectady, NY/Bishop Gibbins) paced the Gators with her 17 digs, while senior middle hitter Kelli Jones (Troy, NY/Troy) recorded seven kills with 10 digs. Junior middle hitter Nicole Corbett (East Greenbush, NY/Columbia) added eight kills and four blocks.

The Gators will return to action travelling to Purchase College for a Skyline Conference match on October 9 at 6 p.m.
