Sage Fall To Conference Foe Mount Saint Vincent
Troy, NY- In a battle of Skyline Conference opponents, the College of Mount Saint Vincent beat The Sage Colleges by a score of 47 to 68.
Leading all scorer's was the Dolphin's freshman Jen Mocanu (Middletown, NJ) who sunk 20points. Closely following Mocanu was the Gator's Carlin DeMarinis (Saratoga Springs, NY) who scored 19points. DeMarinis shot 5 for 11 from three point range and added 8 rebounds. The loss drops the Gators to 2-8 in the Skyline Conference and 2-14 overall while the Dolphins, who are currently in third place, improve to 8-2 in the conference and 9-8 overall.
The Sage Colleges take on the first place team in the Skyline Conference, Mount Saint Mary, on Tuesday at 6pm in Newburgh, NY.
