- A newcomer to Sage this year, Sammantha “Sam” Montague will join the Gators’ team this fall.

- She is majoring in biochemistry at Sage.
High School:
- A stellar performer at Scotia-Glenville High School, Sam earned letters in tennis, basketball, and softball.
- A team captain in tennis and softball, she earned Foothills Council all-star honors three times in tennis (213, 2014, & 2015).
- In softball was a First-Team All-Foothills Council all-star in 2015 and 2016 and a second team pick in 2014.
- Led tennis team to Foothills Council Championship titles in 2012, 2013 and 2015.
Finished in Top 10 percent of class academically.
