Macie Holmes

At Sage:

  • As a rookie in 2015-2016, Macie Holmes started 10 of 27 games played, while adding 48 three-pointers and 211 points. She averaged 7.8 ppg with 29 steals and 44 assists. She added a 36.1% three-point field goal percentage after collecting 48 three-point baskets. She finished the year nationally with her three-point baskets made. Her personal-best scoring effort was a 19 point effort against Farmingdale State (1/6/16).
  • A 29-games starter for the Sage Skyline Conference Championship team, she added 5.6 ppg for the Gators and helped the team earn an NCAA Tournament bid.
  • She added 35 three-pointers last season and averaged 31.2 minutes a game as well, while handing out 69 assists with 29 steals.
  • As a junior, she was honored as the team’s 2017-2018 Gator of the Year. Named to the Empire 8 Sportsmanship Team, she was a 26-game starter on the season and averaged 6.7 ppg with 57 assists, 22 steals and 36 three-pointers. She added a 31.6% three-point field goal percentage, while leading Sage in scoring in a pair of games as well.
  • Entering her season, she has started 65 of 82 games played and has 546 career points. She has 119 career three-point baskets and is currently fourth on the program’s career list for made three-pointers. With 170 career assists, she is currently 13th, while her 82 career appearances is also 13th.
  • She is a 2018-2019 Team Tri-captain.

  • A graduate of Mekeel Christian Academy, she excelled in both basketball and soccer during her scholastic career. She is a former team MVP and WAC All-Star and was selected as the league’s MVP. She led her basketball team to the quarterfinals of the league tournament as a senior.
