Bio
A newcomer this season at Sage, Katie Kovage arrives after starring at Hoosick Falls Central High School in softball. A 2009 and 2010 Waseren League All-Star, she also picked up Section II All-Star honors in both 2010 and 2011, while helping her team to the 2011 Waseren League Championship. The previous season, her softball team was the 2010 New York State Runner-up in the Regional Championships after also winning the Section II Class CC/C Championship and the Wasaren League title.
She attended SUNY-Cortland to start her collegiate experience and earned a spot in the Dean’s List in 2011. She is majoring in nutrition science at Sage and is the daughter of Paul and Karen Kovage.
