Bio
Allyson Wells (Niskayuna, N.Y.) joins former collegiate teammate Carissa Warren's coaching staff in 2024.
The duo were both NHFCA All-Region performers at SUNY Oneonta.
Wells, who will focus the Russell Sage College offensive side of the ball, arrives to Albany with a breadth of knowledge in both field hockey and the health and fitness industry.
At SUNY Oneonta, Wells, a three-time All-SUNYAC selection, totaled 98 career points, topped the Red Dragons in scoring all four years and ranked eighth in program records with 41 career goals. She currently works with Albany Chiropractic and Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapy Assistant and at Fortitude Strength as a Strength and Performance Coach.
