Sara O’Connor

At Sage:

  • Sara O’Connor had a memorable season for the Gators as a member of the first field hockey team at Sage in 2018.
  • She led all players in goals (5), assists (3), points (13), and shots on net (14). She was second with 18 shots.
  • Starting 15 of 17 games, Sara had two defensive saves and scored the eventual game-winning goal on October 25 vs. New England College.

Academics at Sage:

  • She is majoring in biology with a path to physical therapy at Sage.

High School:

  • A graduate of Niskayuna High School, she was a team captain and MVP in field hockey.
  • She earned all-star honors and is also a National Honor Society student.
