Provost Named Skyline Player of the Week

Troy, NY – In the first week of competition in the Skyline Conference for Russell Sage College, volleyball player Krista Provost (Duanesburg) has been named player of the week.  Provost was named to the Las Vegas Blast All-Tournament Team this past weekend as the Gators opened their season finishing 2-2.   

Provost recorded 19 kills while hitting .356 as the Gators rallied from a 2-0 deficit to earn a 3-2 victory over Rivier. She added 11 kills, 10 digs and two aces as Sage cruised to a 3-0 win over Notre Dame (Md.). 

She will look to lead Sage against Vassar College Wednesday evening at 7pm.
