Gaddis has been coaching the Gators since 2007.  In his first year he lead his team to the Skyline Conference Quarterfinals.

Prior to coming to Sage he was an assistant for the Men's Tennis team at Siena College from 2005-2007.  In addition he was the Monroe Community College Head Men's and Women's Tennis Coach in 2004 and 2005.  Before coaching at Monroe he was the Women's Tennis Team Conditioning Coach at Baldwin-Wallace College in the Spring of 2004.

A graduate of Nazareth College in 2002, he received his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration.  He was also a four year starter for the Golden Flyers.  He continued his education at Baldwin-Wallace College where he received his MBA with a concentration in Human Resources in 2004. 

Gaddis is also employed at Russell Sage College as the Asistant Director of the Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Prorgram and Academic Support Center.
