Standout Christina Gray (Clifton Park, NY) defeated Melanie Lopez (P) 6-2, 6-2 to remain unbeaten in singles in conference play. Kathryn Saulsbery (Albany, NY) picked up a win for Sage in the third singles slot, defeating Inna Karaseva (P) 6-1, 6-3. Briana Bixler (Highland, NY) defeated Sara Loe (P) 7-6(2), 6-2 to improve to 3-1 in conference play. Melissa Sageman put away Jenn Crittenden (P) 6-3, 6-3 to remain unbeaten in conference play as well.
In doubles play Jessica Baldic (Cooperstown, NY) and Sageman recorded the sole Gator win over Tatyana de Muns (P) and Loe (P), winning 9-8(2).
Sage returns to action Saturday, September 27th as they travel to Farmingdale looking to keep their unbeaten streak in conference play alive, and hold on to first place in the conference.
