Gators open action at 2010 Skyline Conference Golf Championship
Farmingdale, NY---The Sage College's men's golf
team opened competition on Sunday at the 2010 Skyline Conference
Golf Championship. The two-day event will wrap on Sunday with the
teams competing at the Beth Page Red Course.
Sage stands in fourth place after the first day of action with a
331. Freshman Zach Meade (Tupper Lake, NY/Tupper
Lake) is in a tie for seventh after posting an opening
round 79, just five-shots off the leader.
The second day of action will commence at 9:00 a.m. on Monday as
the league's team title and the automatic bid to the 2011 NCAA
Division III Championship is on the line.
